چکیده

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The polymerase chain reaction test, used in the diagnosis of COVID-19, can be positive with delay, and thorax tomography is for disease. We aimed to compare relation between findings, PCR test results, neutrophil lymphocyte ratio; platelet ratio mean volume COVID-19 patients. METHODS: patients were divided into three groups, according baseline laboratory findings: Group A: finding – positive; B: negative C: negative. Neutrophil ratio, values compared these groups. RESULTS: C level statistically higher than that group B (p<0.001 both). Mean was not significant groups (p>0.005 all). A correlation detected C-reactive protein (r=0.421, p<0.001). Similarly, found (r=0.243, p=0.001). CONCLUSIONS: earlier disease before test. sensitivity varies tester, way performing it, quality Therefore, especially levels should evaluated, followed up upon suspicion diagnosis.
